It became obvious to me that I wasn't going to become a doctor or lawyer, but I wanted to make a similar living. To do that, I knew I would have to invest in real estate and I didn't have the luxury of waiting.

So I looked at dozens of rental properties until I found something perfect. I put together a business plan and partnered with my parents.

In five years, my parents get their investment back and in the meantime, I've learned new life skills and have already created over $180,000 in equity. It would be impossible for me to save that type of money any other way.

As a result, I'm passionate about helping others do the same.
