“A friend came up to me during a party and told me how much he admired our listing at 3823 N. Lake Drive," Falk recalled. "I told him you’ve got to come to take a look at it. He initially declined, saying it was out of our wheelhouse but really loved the listing. I insisted and said  “Why don’t you just come over and take a look at the home for yourself and we can just piggyback on another showing so it does not interfere with the seller?’ He thankfully decided to check out the place and just two weeks later we landed him an accepted offer!”

Katie’s persistence and matchmaking ability helped a client go from dreaming about a home he wished he could live in, to actually owning the property in a matter of weeks!
